Protecting paid-media ROI across thousands of SKUs
Office Supermarket, part of Seating Online, operates in a difficult, price-sensitive market with thousands of products. Digital Blueprint manages return through disciplined paid-media investment, product-feed control and continual optimisation.
ROI Management
Large-SKU Ecommerce
The Challenge
A project for Seating Online
Demand softened while catalogue, variant and stock issues removed important products from Shopping. Across a large and frequently changing SKU estate, inconsistent product data can quickly distort spend and reduce return.
Managing the account for return
Digital Blueprint managed investment against commercial ROI rather than chasing volume at any cost. Google and Meta were judged by their role in the mix, while conversion campaigns were separated from low-cost London and M25 awareness activity.
Alongside campaign optimisation, the team worked across Shopify and Channable to restore the catalogue, improve product availability and give paid platforms a stronger data foundation.

The Results
Across the first half of the year, the account delivered a 4.70x blended ROI while orders increased 7%, despite AOV falling 23% in a difficult market. Weekly ROI moved as high as 5.06x as budgets were proactively adjusted between Google & Meta around demand, stock and channel performance.
The catalogue recovery restored 5,400 products in Channable, including 1,647 active in-stock products, enabling campaigns to resume with a significantly stronger product foundation in less than 24 hours.
Disciplined optimisation, not vanity growth
This is a story of active ROI management across a complex catalogue: protecting a positive return through changing demand conditions while resolving the product data issues that determine Shopping performance at scale.
